Report “Maps of Skills”

Marcello De Rosa, Luca Bartolli and Tiziana Pagnani from Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale published a new report in the framework of TWIN-IN. This report titled “Maps of Skills,” aims to offer a comprehensive analysis of the essential skills needed by key stakeholders to effectively manage the twin transition within European agrifood systems.

The methodology adopted encompasses the integration of six principal EU competence frameworks: DigComp, GreenComp, EntreComp, LifeComp, DeepTech, and Resilience.

This rigorous, multi-faceted approach culminates in the creation of a Unified Competence Framework. Structured around four macro-domains, this framework provides the fundamental model for directing future skill development and learning interventions pertinent to the agrifood sector’s twin transition.
