TWIN-IN’s Ambassador Workshop

At TWIN-IN, we’re turning commitment into action!

As part of our drive for responsible innovation, learning, and gender integration, our team held an internal workshop to launch a key initiative: the Ambassadors.

Each Work Package now has its own Ambassador — a motivated representative helping to put gender equality and responsible practices into daily action.

Together, our Ambassadors will work to ensure:
🔹 Gender-equal work environments
🔹 Gender-equal decision-making
🔹 Balanced recruitment to Twin Transition Schools (TTS)
🔹 Gender-sensitive training and curricula
🔹 Integrating gender/sex analysis in the content of research and innovation activities
🔹 Gender-sensitive dissemination of TWIN-IN results
